The Book of Ruth

The Book of Ruth was a love story between Boaz and Ruth. Ruth was a Moabites who learned the true and living God through Naomi her mother-in-law who also was a widow like her. In the last chapter of the book we see Boaz as a kinsman redeemer who took Ruth to be her wife. This is an illustration of a wonderful relationship that exist between Christ and His church. Boaz took Ruth and accepted her to be his wife despite that she was a pagan. This is a representation of how Jesus Christ accepts us and be a part of His family. He redeemed us by His blood and took up all our sins to be holy and perfect in His sight.
